1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 255bet ("255bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 255bet.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, Keno, and other gaming products.

By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the 255bet platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• Online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform; and
• You accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The 255bet platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is illegal and strictly prohibited. 255bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending such verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds deposited will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 255bet platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are connecting. 255bet operates as an offshore platform and does not warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing 255bet from Bangladesh do so at their own discretion and assume full legal responsibility for their use of the platform.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on 255bet:

• Persons under 18 years of age;

• Employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of 255bet or its affiliated companies, including their immediate family members;

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 255bet services, you are required to create a personal account via the 255bet Login page. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 255bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

255bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 255bet does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the specific limits of the payment method used and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 255bet aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes to two (2) business hours, depending on the payment method and verification status of the account. 255bet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where additional verification is required or where fraud is suspected.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 255bet reserves the right to require that winnings be returned via the original deposit method as an anti-money-laundering measure.

4.5 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits made to a 255bet account are non-refundable once used for placing bets. Deposits made in error should be reported to [email protected] immediately. 255bet will review such cases on a good-faith basis but does not guarantee refunds on deposits applied to settled bets.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 255bet are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform displays an explicit confirmation message and the amount is deducted from your account balance. 255bet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.

5.2 Cricket Betting

255bet offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket fixtures including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches. In-play odds are updated in real time. 255bet is not responsible for betting decisions made based on delayed data or connectivity issues on the Player's side.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles from studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, are governed by their respective studio game rules in addition to these Terms. 5.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game outcome will be determined by the platform server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 255bet is not responsible for losses arising from Player-side connectivity failures.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and related winnings voided.

255bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not affect bonuses already activated and in progress unless required by regulatory or legal considerations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 255bet platform — including but not limited to the 255bet logo, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 255bet or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from 255bet.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 255bet under licence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 255bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's own betting decisions;
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond 255bet's reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Any losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).

255bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Amendments to These Terms
